What for?

Selling drugs without a prescription?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:C0Ro5J4-1lg:www.libsol.net/PRODUCT%252
0INFO.htm+&hl=en>

For encouraging affiliates to do the same?
<http://coldfusion.affiliateshop.com/SignupAffiliateDefault.cfm?WID=000140>

For leaving the question of legality of their service up to the customer?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:6kxJiN-gwlg:www.libsol.net/TERMS.htm+&
hl=en>

For not having a working system to inform customer when items are
backordered and not shipped?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:VIQMkccp5VM:www.libsol.net/POLICY.htm+
&hl=en>

For not shipping orders within 30 days and refusing to answer questions
about their status?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:ELqLCYE6llc:www.libsol.net/ENQUIRIES.a
sp+&hl=en>

For having a policy that states in advance that customers are not allowed to
reverse credit card charges even if they feel cheated?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:VIQMkccp5VM:www.libsol.net/POLICY.htm+
&hl=en>

For not having a live operator and redirecting email inquiries to Microsoft?
<http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:6kxJiN-gwlg:www.libsol.net/TERMS.htm+&
hl=en>

I personally support freedom of self-medication, and I know nothing about
this organization. But from reviewing their pages (cached at Google) I am
not surprised that the authorities would shut them down. They could have at
least tried to appear to be legal.
