Yes, of course, nobody seems to notice that the ground based missile
systems are Army projects, while it's the airborne and spaceborne
projects that are under USAF purview. Nobody but a veteran would even
think of the possibility that Kadish was pooh poohing the Army system
just to get more money for USAF ABM systems....
