It does give serious pause to think how theologians and prominent clergyman will interpret the Bible fifty or one-hundred years from now! And also how certain key technologies will shape the Christian experience. Imagine fully immersive VR where you get to be one of the disciples of Christ and witness his last days! Or neurohacking to really MAKE you a moral, upstanding Christian! But, that would defeat the purpose of acquiring self-control and facing temptation.

Some people here think religion over the next century will become passe', but I think we have only gotten started! New, singularity technologies will spawn so many twists on old ways and rituals, along with the birth of new things.

And the Hindu, Buddhist and Muslim will be impacted and transformed as well...
