Maybe Florida wasn't the worst state for voting irregularities. A new
Caltech/MIT study shows that Illinois, South Carolina, Idaho, Wyoming and
Georgia had higher rates of uncounted ballots. Apparently, millions of
ballots went uncounted in the last U.S. presidential election due to voting
problems.
