That would never get in a movie. Instead you do the following...
Rent 4 vehicles:
1 - automobile transport tractor trailer
3 - large black SUVs (Dodge Ram or equivalent)
The 3 SUVs radio ahead that the trailer is to be parked
on the main highway leading out of the rental car lot just
as the driver starts the rental car engine. As the rental
car pulls out of the parking lot, the SUVs surround it on
each side and behind it. They herd the rental car
(at high speed of course) up onto the back of the tractor
trailer. The tractor trailer is then driven out onto
the airfield where you have an Antanov 225 fueled and waiting.

You quickly drive the tractor trailor up onto the Antanov
which taxis onto the runway. Note, I'm unsure whether the
Antanov has a vehicale loading ramp, but for a few million,
I'm sure they will add one for you.
Now, when the luddite returns the car the next day, how on earth
is the rental car company going to explain the car having racked
up 5000+ miles at an altitude of 30,000 feet at an average speed
of 500+ mph? Clearly the GPS receiver must be broken.
