John, I must say I am puzzled when someone makes comments like this
one. Truly unlimited funds? Surely you jest. Let me put it to you this
way: at the top ranks of the military are a group of hungry 40-ish
colonels all in desperate competition to do the most with the least
resources. And if they have made it up that high, they are good
at it, I can assure you. If they fail to make flag rank, these colonels
are highly regarded in industry. They make goooood corporate
presidents.

Those who think the military has ample budget must believe
what they read in the hostile press. I cant imagine that one
would do such a thing, but if so, do adjust your BS filters.
The 700 dollar hammer story for instance, did you somehow
mistake that fiction for having some semblance to reality? {8-]
