Note that I am not actually *defending* social security. I get
squeamish at anything that has the word social in it. Our
opinions probably do not diverge much on that topic. I was
making a prediction that we have seen our last tax cut before
the singularity, since an ever increasing fraction of the voters will be
SS government creditors. Further prediction: in future elections,
neither major candidate will promise tax cuts. spike
