Actually, he is much more on the record saying something quite
different. That he may have said this in ire at some point
should not be claimed as being his central purpose without more
careful examination. And it certainly cannot be assumed to be
the primary purpose of all advocates of open source software.
Frankly I challenge you to produce the exact quote.
