That might be so. However my point in citing that old Foxbat report was
just this: I doubt too many Americans squealed with indignation when their
armed forces ripped the stolen Russian fighter apart. Maybe I'm wrong--and
maybe libertarians would disapprove of anything that *any* government did
any time, and so this isn't a point relevant to the extrope forum at large.
Still, it does amuse me that Our Guys get all twisted when the Other Guys
do what Our Guys did 25 years ago, when they had the same chance.
