Many of us have probably felt frustrated by the "contributions" of
professional ethicists to current debates in medical ethics (although there
are some notable exceptions). I'm to give a presentation at a big ethics
conference on Value Inquiry next week and thought that I should take the
opportunity to try to get some of these people interested in the
transhumanist perspective. So I have written a short paper on
"Transhumanist Values":

It's not very fancy, but we have to begin somewhere. Comments on this draft
would be highly appreciated. (I'll be away at the Foresight Institute's
gathering this weekend, so I may not respond until Monday.)
