Ya, there are a large number of groups, on the west coast, northeast,
and northern midwest, which are heavily networked. www.tao.ca is a
significant website to investigate, its an 'anarchist' groups in Toronto
that is branching out across Canada and the US with Japanese money and
is building grassroots members via many old Wobbly/USCP/60's Protest
bookstores and on college campuses, using the Sierra Club and Greenpeace
chapters founded there in the past 6 years as recruiting grounds. They
are essentially the same people, using different front organizations in
order to deflect public criticism of SC and GP which have gained much
public credibility in recent years...
