This is from the Stem Cells email list:

There has probably never been a more critical time in the history of
stem cell research. Each scientific news story fills me with hope, and each
political news story fills me with anxiety that my hopes may never be
realized ... or may be realized too late to be of benefit to my son.
The new administration is just a couple weeks from making a crucial
decision about the use of federal funds for embryonic stem cell research.
Now as never before your voice is needed in support of research that will, I
firmly believe, help millions of citizens with CNS diseases, disorders, and
injuries.

I implore you to contact your senators & representatives to beg for
their support. You can find their contact information at the following web
sites:

You can write to ALL the senators with published eMail addresses from the
following web site that I created:

In addition, here are the eMail addresses for President Bush, VP Cheney, and
their wives:

Vice.President@WhiteHouse.gov
First.Lady@WhiteHouse.gov
Mrs.Cheney@WhiteHouse.gov

Feel free to copy your letters to this group. Your words may inspire others
to more eloquently express their opinions. May the force be with us !!
