I wish that were true, however, most people are just too gleefully
ignorant to take away a reasoned analysis of the event. Instead,
they'll listen to whatever their community/political leaders tell
them.
The more libertarian types will point to the government as being the
problem, while the more socialist types will believe Davis's excuses
and blame forces of deregulation.
