My self confidence as a proofreader is shaken. {8^D Stutters are
notoriously difficult to spot. The fact that you, Damien, did manage
to find these shows that you are a meta-god. {8-]
Possible shortcoming of GED that I did manage to discover:
In the index, page 765, the entry for Heisenberg uncertainty
principle is listed as being found on page 698, when in fact
it is on page 699. I had to wonder if it was a sly intentional
gag, since it *was* referring to uncertainty.
Also in the index, page 773 contains the entry for self reference,
but page 773 is not listed under self reference, which would have
been a cool self reference under self reference.
Along the same line, page 766 in the index could have had an
entry reading "index, 766" {8^D spike
