Now the government wants price caps, a practice that went out of style
in the Soviet Union over a decade ago, to financially protect government
owned utilities that allowed their generation planning to be held
hostage by Greens and NIMBY stricken suburbanites (i.e. bailouts), and
people are being told to no operate christmas lights (but leave those
PC's and Apple's crankin' folks, we need you to keep the stock market up
with your day trading...;-). Seems Kalifornication is a fetish of biting
oneself in the behind.
