But does this happen?
My impression is that such drugs just promote excess ovulation (and hence
`fraternal' twinning), rather than conducing to splitting a single embryo
shortly after fertilization. The latter would presumably lead swiftly to an
antagonist drug that people might take who wish to *avoid* parenting twins,
triplets, etc, something I haven't heard of.
