So you are saying that Florida'a electors are not "officially appointed"
yet, and as long as the outcome of the FL vote is disputed, those FL
electors cannot be properly appointed.
Seems like cheating in a way, but Gore did win the popular vote, so he does
deserve to get the prize. I just hope that after all this that Americans get
the idea that the Electoral college gives more voting power to the citizens
of smaller states as compared to those of larger states. We need to change
that.
