Everything is toxic at some high level. This corn produces low levels of
pesticides that are intended to be less than current pesticide use. It is
still expected to be toxic in extremely large amounts. The question is how
high.

No, the tests are still pending. They just haven't been done yet. There
was no decision *not* to run tests. The developers of this grain still want
it tested and proven safe for human use.
