<RAVE> Nice if one could actually read it ! I was naughty
enough to have images and Java turned off as things have
been a bit slow earlier.
Maybe due to this, my reward for accessing the page was a
locked up Netscape and a screw up so bad that I had to
reboot.
Whatever happened to the aim of HTML being to transmit
information to a VARIETY OF BROWSWERS AND PLATFORMS?
Some web authors are so busy playing around with gimmicks
that they forget this basic requirement (I'm only asking to
be able to read the text, which isn't much to ask).
I finally managed to access it with Lynx (which ignores
Java maya).
</RAVE>
An interesting article when one actually gets at it.
