this, it is essential that the approach be inclusive and in plain
speech. The most sophisticated ideas are understood and wisely
implemented when the hocus pocus of any particular discipline
is left in the lab. (Many people today understand biotechnolgoy
because of the stock market open environments for learning about
the CEO's intent.)
