This data is derived from WHO data, which is provided by their constitutent
governments. What the cuban government does not, obviously, calculate in is the
death rate of those who, in fleeing to freedom across the water, have littered
the Florida straits with their bones. It also does not count political
prisoners. People who dissapear never die.
The soviets claimed their life expectancy was this high as well, as you may
recall. We now know the truth.
