I've expressed my severe reservations about this project before. Nothing
this big has ever been built before & the cost boggles the mind. The thing
just doesn't look like it could possibly be strong enough to keep from
breaking its back from wave action and the "high rise" hull looks like a
great big wave-catcher. When you consider that the price of the housing
they're offering compares unfavorably with San Francisco and Silicon Valley
real estate prices . . . it looks like a pipe dream to me.
