Roger that. This would be for volunteers only, which leaves out prisoners
and cons, and even kids, should they have an objection. Actually, now
that you mention it, I wonder if we could offer it to prisoners, so they
can get outta jail if they accept the implant? Then they would be
volunteers in a sense. spike
