Ive a better idea, cheaper. We will seduce those of hostile nations
who have the brains to build missiles to come to America and try
their hand at becoming the latest dot.com jillionaire. That strategy
seems to be working fine for preventing us from developing a defence.
It seems the cold war shall end not with a bang, not with a whimper,
but with an IPO. spike
