As one who has suffered from severre depression and psychosis for many
years, I can fully sympathise with people who despair and the tablets don't
seem to help. I always find it difficult to motivate myself to take my
tablets because of a) the lethargy induced by depression and b) the
horrendous side affects of most anti-depressants and anti-psychotics.
I'd rather not post my personal struggle with mental illness on the list,
but if anyone is in the same boat and would like to share experience, mail
