Many still are. There are two running at Datamann right now. Most
machines there are win95, only a few have gone to win98, and none to
2000 yet. I'm on NT 4 at my office there.
The only reason machines tend to get upgraded is application bloat.
Though I like what I'm hearing about Win98lite. Its supposed to be 20%
faster than standard win98.
