I've only read the review of it in a recent issue of _Life Extension_. I
don't recall which and I don't have it handy, though the web site might have
some gnosis on this: www.lef.org. The review was laudatory, though I've
read elsewhere -- on CryoNet, I believe -- some criticisms of the diet. I
imagine the broad outlines of the diet -- especially, the moderate carb
intake -- are healthful, at least by the current undetstanding. It remains
to be seen if any other evidence backs Sears' claims, such as long term
studies. The review suggested taking the diet slowly, e.g., substituting
salad for pasta a few times a week, to see what happens.
