There's a large community of meteorite people. I just left a conference
("Interplanetary dust in the solar system and other solar systems")
in England where a dozen or so meteorite specialists were present
among the dust people (cosmic dust is the little cousin of the
bigger particles, you see).
Here are some meteorite people, who do a lot of work with meteor
composition from my proceedings book from this IAU symposium, and the
previous IAU interplanetary dust symposium 5 years ago.
Elmar Jessberger, Institut fuer Planetologie, Muenster, Germany
Matthew Genge, Dept. of Minteralogy, The Natureal History Museum,
Cromwell Road, London Sw7 5Bd, UK
Monica Grady, Dept. of Minteralogy, The Natureal History Museum,
Cromwell Road, London Sw7 5Bd, UK
Kathie Thomas Lockheed Martin, Houston (probably at JSC)
David McKay Johnson Space Center
John Bradley MVA, 550/200 Oakbrook Parkway Norcross GA
and Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta
And you'll likely find more names and sources from here:

P.S. I won't be able to follow up on this- I'm away travelling
(France) the next couple of weeks.
