Here is what you are to do to counter built-in obsolescence
and self-induced necrosis: be as thin as possible without eat-
ing your own muscles, avoid shallow breathing (e.g. deliberately
breathe abdominally for some time each day), consume large
amounts of cellulose and ascorbic acid, love something selflessly,
laugh a lot, and cultivate a profound faith in the wisdom of the
body.
And here's how you tell if all this is working: you won't get sick
very often.
