Regarding the recent thread about how police organizations may
use a new law to legally confiscate property if owned by one
accused but not convicted of a crime: would not the insurance
company be liable if one lost ones wheels in this manner? Could
not one sue the insurance company if they refused to pay? The
one thing that any police organization would fear above all else
is the awsome legal force of a determined insurance company.
