Would that change anything? Sex among uploads could be even more
pleasurable, freed from all sorts of biologic and geometric
constraints and also with all sorts of options of direct hedonic
engineering and combination with other activities. Given that a lot of
these technologies are likely to be available (if not as efficient)
pre-upload, I think it is safe that people will be doing all sorts of
hedonic bodymods.
