Try computing how much energy atomic nitrogen in Ar matrix (four to
six argons for each nitrogen) would release when recombined (this is
definitely still chemistry). Predicting the density of the packed
solid is difficult though, just use something inbetween solid argon
and solid nitrogen for your calculation.

(You would need nano to fabricate something like this, of course, and
cool the result to liquid nitrogen or lower for it to remain stable).
