I would like to highlight a 1 bitcoin research grant to design a privacy
focused lightning network wallet.? This design should build ontop of the
numerous existing privacy improvements, like Tor, Taproot, and WabiSabi
CoinJoin.

0.5 BTC will be given out to the selected research team up front, while
