At line 20 of Bolt#11 there is a doubled "than".

I cannot find a good description of how the tagged `d` field is encoded, and it seems, the examples have no `d` field. I assume it is in ASCII (or UTF8?) and packed into 5-bit packets somehow (the given reference code appears to encode that way), but I think a description of how it is intended to be encoded should be part of the BOLT.
