Hello Friends, Family and Associates--

Alice and the Quantum
Cat<http://www.paripublishing.com/en/books/alicequantumcat/book>,
from Pari Publishing, will be available December 16th from the Pari
Publishing website <http://www.paripublishing.com/en/home> and Amazon.com.

 *Synopsis*

*With the help of a most curious cat, Alice leapfrogs from Victorian England
into a series of parallel worlds where she encounters an entire magic box of
bizarre characters: everything from strange attractors and thinking
electrons to talking quantum paradoxes.*

*Observe the cat having an unpleasant encounter with Professor Schrödinger
before he learns to jump universes at the blink of an eye. Join in Alice's
adventures in **Alice and the Quantum Cat** and travel with her in this new
wonderland, on everything from a steam train in Ireland to a flying taxi cab
crossing the Hudson River; from San Francisco's Pier 9 to the very center of
the universe. Learn more and more about the curious world of 21st century
science.*

This anthology is a selection of some of the best chapters from our science
novel, *Lewis Carroll's Lost Quantum Diaries*, published in German language
in 1999 and Japanese in 2002. Dr. Quantum Reality Himself, Nick Herbert, was
science editor.

For those of you who know me, you understand how happy I'll be to finally
see Alice's whimsical adventures in Quantumland made available in
English. The project was the brainchild of Dr. Quantum (Fred Alan Wolf),
Dianne Collins and yours truly back 1993. Our goal was to introduce some of
the astonishing insights and possibilities of the science behind "quantum
reality" for non-scientists of all ages. And, oh, "what a long, strange trip
it's been!" Along the way, I must admit, quite frankly, I, too, "lost my
grip on reality," as Nick Herbert predicted, and am only now coming out the
other side!

Looking back over these last 17 years, it's hard to believe the paradigm
shift in society has barely started, even though we have the miraculous
quantum to thank for the technological revolution swirling around us. But
the transformation will come. My hope is this book will enable readers to
both glimpse and grasp some of the meanings and possibilities of this
breathtaking new thought system in a fun and facile way.

My special thanks to David Peat and the Peat Family of Pari Publishing for
making this book happen, author-scientists Fred Alan Wolf, Nick Herbert,
David Peat, Danah Zohar, Peter Russell, Amit Goswami, Beverly Rubik, Brian
Swimme, as well as science and creative writers Jean Houston, John Briggs
and Dianne Collins for their brilliance, inspiring contributions and
patience.

Best of luck to you manifesting your own "dreams and visions of paradise!"
William
