Dear Michel,

I am Piotr Konieczny, a researcher at University of Pittsburgh, Department
of Sociology.

In my research of the use of communication technologies by movements and
non-governmental organizations I found that your organization (P2P
Foundation) is among the most innovative ones on the web. I would very much
like to ask you for a few minutes of your time and invite you to take part
in a survey. This survey is being send to only a few dozen of the most
innovative organizations, so EACH INDIVIDUAL RESPONSE MATTERS A LOT!
