According to EDRi, Commission's "wait and see" / lack of action will
determine the end of the Internet.

EDRi's arguments are insightful, well-thought and have some historic
references from the past years extremely relevant. At the moment I think
the situation is desperate and that we need new ideas on how (if
possible) to avoid Internet shutdown, although I have the atrocious
feeling that we are already too late.
