October 21, 2010 a court order to sell the joint-owned land in Maysville
Missouri occurred.

The sale will take place on December 16, 2010, Thursday at 2pm.  It will be
sold auction style and any interested party can place a bid.  If you know of
anyone that might be interested, please pass this information along.

*10 percent down at sale and balance due on delivery of the deed (about one
month later).

*28 acres near Maysville (between St.Joe and Cameron, an hour north of
Kansas City).

*one mile south of Maysville, MO on SW Willow Rd. A gravel road.

*very close to Maysville, which is the county seat.  It has a small grocer,
well equipped hardware store, post office, and other amenities.

*Electric and rural water access.

*Small, 3 year old orchard

*Greenhouse

*Home-built storage space: cordwood, earthbag, and earth block
construction.  Also three work-shop type silo spaces

*Hand-pump well

*Mostly open landscape with trees along hedge rows (hedge, elm, oak, black
walnut)
