Hello,

We would like to invite you to join a closed discussion on a draft RFC
proposal for the design and adoption of a standard Block-list file format.

Draft version 1 of the format can be found here: http://www.ccs-
labs.com/articles/193-rfc-blacklists-blocking-lists-whitelists-allow-lists-
file-format.html

The public will be able to contribute their suggestions through a comments
system or may request to join the closed discussion. We are inviting, block
list makes, software developers who use block-lists and researchers who have
an interest in such lists. You can have as many people from your
organization
join as you wish.

Simply, reply to this email with the names of the people you wish to be
included in the closed discussion and we will send you the login details for
those individuals and the link to the login page.

We look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours
Dave Gordon
