 I talked to Andreas Obermaier, the EU officer. He too remained quite
surprised by the course of events. He told us that he had stressed to the
coordinators that if there is no agreement at the meeting in Brussels, he
will suspend the entire project.  Since our position has always been that we
want to resolve all differences, it seems we only need to stick to that.  He
also urged us to send one more letter to all the project members where we
make clear that, once again, that we are willing to resolve things. I attach
a quick draft here. I think it is important that we invite everybody to come
with constructive suggestions.



Let’s discuss this further in our Skype meeting @ 4.
