(page 4, at the end says something like:"linking is the ontological base of
the internet"; page 4 end: "linking is helping and orienting people"; page 6
at the bottom syas: "the P2P net is legal"; page 7: "there is no possibility
to found a relation on that what you download you would have bought"...)

sorry it's all in spanish.

for us it is very important in the next weeks, till the ministers of culture
meeting in Barcelona, to have all your support so that we consider what is
happeneing in Spain not and exception but a model to where we should go.

we let you know soon some concrete things that have to be done.
