but again, as 95% of the material is cut and paste from other sources, who
can really give that agreement,

the pasters such as I, presume fair use, I think correctly, but that means
others using the material should also use fair use, there is no automaticity
that everything can be copied wholesale ..

now again, feel free to change the license in any way you like, i just want
this point to be clear,
