The Austrian city of Linz has launched an initiative to the first "open

Die Initiative soll Impulse für die frei zugängliche Nutzung und
elektronische Verbreitung von Daten, Software, Lehr- und Lernmaterialien und
anderen als »Open Commons« (Gemeingut) bezeichneten, digital gespeicherten
