[p2p-research] newsweek on The Creativity Crisis

not sure that was me, but could have been ... if it was me I probably was
referring to external funding though .. i.e. the U.S. subsidized many
foreign cultural, journalistic and ideological project to counter soviet
influence .. not sure how that applies to the internal budgets ..
