Can anyone recommend a source that ranks Internet service providers in
terms of their respect for customer privacy and their refusal to
cooperate with the RIAA beyond the bare minimum that is absolutely
required by law? Especially ISPs deliberatedly located in countries
where the legal apparatus for enforcing the DMCA is relatively weak,
or ideologically motivated ISPs that are hostile toward the RIAA as a
matter of principle?
