Free riders are the long standing issue of all socialist systems. People
fail to be productive in a way that the world wants. Therefore they consume
without creating value. Work isn't work unless someone wants the output. I
know that comes as news to some, but sadly, it is a universal truth. If a
person's labour is not demanded, they are in fact consuming...not working.
