[p2p-research] The link between poverty, (de)centralisation and (non)connectivity

Or perhaps just not having wants?  I don't mean that as definitively
as it sounds, but, for example, we learn about new things, new
developments, from neighbors.  We learn about the insufficiency of
current solutions through comparison, sometimes.
