For any of the investors who are also consumers, you will not be
burdened by the requirement of making profit, for they can instead be
paid in product (rye) itself.
One advantage of an enterprise being owned by the consumers is that
there is no additional requirement to sell the product and so, once
that pool of investors has been found, you will not need to advertise
and will not be required to keep price above cost.
