hi ryan,

I'm not able to give you a name or anything, but they was a guy recently who
won a best whisky prize for starting a distillery against all odds in
Singapore ..

just a whacky idea, would it be possible to marry the idea of permaculture
and whisky-making in order to have a really sustainable whisky process?

i also definitely would go reading through the slow food magazine ...

finally, I know a guy in belgium who made his own whisky, but his name
escapes me for now, I hope my old brain will restitute it in time ..
