I have marked up a new page explaining the Copyrights in use on the site.

This is the page that is shown (as a link) to authors editing content
on the wiki, below the edit window.

I would urge folks to look at it, and to find ways to improve it.

Areas of improvement might be:

Clarity of the message
Supporting documents
Help documents (formatting, etc)

I hope that this will serve all of our folks.
